Welcome to the website for Ray Sibert, M.MFT, LPC-S and Light at the End of the Tunnel.  Ray understands that life is filled with situations that increase stress and can be overwhelming.

Life Stress comes in many ways.  Grief, depending on the circumstances, can be some of the most difficult emotional work you will ever face in life. Crises, trauma, violence and abuse occur without warning. You feel that life is out of control, that you are not safe and even wonder if you were to blame. Difficult life transitions like divorce and job loss may not be expected, but they still transform life plans, hopes and dreams. Even expected life transitions like marriage, a new birth or transition to the empty nest time of life bring emotions and struggles that you did not expect.

It is during these difficult times of life that you can lose hope that you will ever feel normal, safe, secure and happy again. Ray can help you find that Light in the dark times of life.
