Light at the End of the Tunnel is the counseling practice of Ray Sibert, M.MFT, LPC-S.  When going through a tough time, you are looking for that Light at the end of a dark tunnel.  Ray helps to provide that Light, that Hope you need.

Life is stressful!  Worry, depression, grief, and trauma are a few ways that life can catch you off guard.  It can feel like life is out of control and you are not safe.  Life transitions like marriage, having a baby, divorce, job loss and the “empty nest” are stressful too.  Any change, good or bad, is stressful.  Add to this what is going on around us in the world.  It is no wonder that rates of depression have tripled this year!

If you feel that stress, that you struggle to see the Light, that you need Hope, Ray can help.
